This customer's requirement was a scanning leak test system for V-bank filters. We provided a proposal based on the customer's requirement and the customer selected a scanning test system with one probe based on production capacity and test quantity. One year later, this customer received more orders and the testing quantity increased. We provided upgrade program, upgrading one probe to four probes and increasing the test speed by 3 times.
Clean Room Industry- HEPA, ULPA Filters
This customer's product is H13 & H14 classes V-bank and panel filters, the requirement is detect leakage by scan method, and a four probe scanning test system was selected. There was a special need for self-adhesive stickers for the test results. After communication, we provide a special customized label printing device and label format for this customer.
Cabin Air Filter
This customer's product is automotive air conditioning filter, which is a supplier of Hyundai automobile.

New Energy Industry
This customer's product is an oversized filter of class F9, which could not be tested using general filter test equipment for ventilation. We provided a solution, made changes on the scanning test system, adjusted both hardware and software. After a large number of tests, the efficiency range was expanded to class F9, the airflow was increased by 20%, and the customer's F9 filter with a length of 1.2-meter could be tested. In order to make it more convenient for customers to use, we have also added tips for scrapping and replacing consumables-medium efficiency of air intake and high efficiency filters.
Air Filter for General Ventilation
This customer has been engaged in the filter industry for 50 years, with products mainly for general ventilation filters, and also produces H13 and H14 classes filters. The customer finally chose SC-7099 FEH filter test system with basic configuration, the test efficiency covers 45~99.995%. After production is completed, the customer came to the factory for inspection, and put forward the test demand of 292mm thickness filter, after communicating with our engineer, a new fixture program was formed. The test system has reserved space to increase the dust holding test, which can be upgraded later if customer needs it.
Filters for Industrial Dust Removal
This customer's products cover dust filter cartridges, dust filter bags and panel filters. In addition, they also supply filters for construction vehicles to Zoomlion and Sany. The main testing requirement is the testing of filter cartridge. In order to meet the customer's testing requirements for filter cartridge with different sizes, we provide an induction fixture with simple adjustment and a wide range of testing sizes.
Filters for Household Appliances
The filters for household appliance industry cover air filters used in air purifiers, air conditioners, vacuum cleaners, projectors and other household appliances. This customer is a vacuum cleaner filter manufacturer with large production capacity and purchased 4 sets of SC-13011 small filter tester at one time. The tester is six years old and was returned to the factory in 2021 for an upgrade to make the equipment upgraded to the latest version of both hardware and system. It is still in normal working condition.

Meltblown & Electrostatic Cotton
This customer is headquartered in the USA, the manufacturing plants were built in Foshan and Suzhou in China, using the Lefenhausen nonwoven production line . The Foshan branch originally had one TSI 8130, but due to the increase in production and the construction of new branches, the testing capacity was insufficient. After comprehensive consideration, they purchased two sets of Scince Purge Automatic Filter tester. The technical requirement is that the test results are consistent with TSI 8130, which was realized after the installation and debugging by our engineers.
Filter Paper
This customer is a large-scale domestic filter paper manufacturer, and later expanded the production line, the current products include composite filter material, meltblown, wood pulp paper, etc. This customer has purchased two sets of our Automatic Filter tester for testing different class of filter materials.
Glass Fiber
This customer is a filter manufacturer in India, who purchases fiberglass from China and pays more attention to the pressure drop of the material, so he chose the Resistance & Air Permeability Tester. The tester can quickly test the resistance of the material. The airflow required by the customer was large, and we realized the customer's requirements by replacing the appropriate hardware.
PTFE, Nano-fiber
NanoFIL Filtration Technology Limited, the products produced by this customer cover nano air filtration materials to air filters. Customer has demand for testing both materials and finished filters, and has chosen our Filter Media Tester and 779 General Ventilation Filter Test System successively. During the period of COVID -19, it did not have the conditions for door-to-door installation and debugging, so we guided the installation by remote video. And this year, our engineers went to customer’s factory for the maintenance of these two devices.

This customer purchased many sets of mask testers from our company, including filtration efficiency test bench, respiratory resistance tester, respiratory valve airtightness tester and so on.
Filters for Breathing Filtration System
Filters for breathing filtration system are small in size, and although they have their own independent standard, the test requirements refer to NIOSH 42 CFR Part 84. According to the standard requirements and customer's test needs, we have made hardware and software adjustments on the basis of our best-selling product, the Automatic Filter Media Test Bench, and finally realized the testing of BFS filters.
Mask Cartridges
This customer's products comply with the EN 13274 standard, and the original TSI 8130 is used for rapid testing of filter cartridges to check the filtration efficiency and resistance. Since the original testing equipment has been used for many years, the maintenance cost has increased, so they are considering to add a new testing equipment. The efficiency of the customer's products is high, ranging from 90% to 99.9995%, so we recommend the 1406DH-Plus Automatic Filter Tester, with a test period of 15s for a single product.
