Air Filtration PerformanceTest System SC-7099

The SC-7099 is a compact and fully integrated performance test system designed for medium and high-efficiency filter manufacturers.
The platform includes EN 779 basic testing and can be modularly upgraded to selected ISO 16890 機能, supporting diverse testing needs across different standards.
For H10–H14 filters, the system also meets the overall efficiency test requirements of ISO 29463-5 とEN 1822-5, enabling performance verification for higher grade products.

Working Principle

• Aerosol generation & 混合: DEHS or optional KCl injected into the duct
• Efficiency & resistance measurement: Real-time acquisition of upstream/downstream concentration, ΔP and airflow
• Airflow control: Closed-loop VFD blower
• Dust-loading (optional): Dust feeder loads standard dust while the system records mass and ΔP
